Dinner #2

Robert and me went to Hayfork and picked up the $50 dad left me at western union.. We went straight to Tops and bought some salmon and bean sprouts, and green beans, oh also a loaf of french bread from their bakery.

Robert is about to go next door to play some Modern Warfare and I will begin cooking :)

First thing of course is to marinade my salmon :D.I sliced up two lemons.. layered the bottom of the pan (where the fillet would lay) and placed the two Salmon fillets and topped it with lemon pepper marinade.
It sat in the fridge for about 30 minutes while I prepared the other items up for course. I prepared my fresh green beans by taking them for a quick rinse in the sink, snipped the ends and pat dried them. I lined the green beans up on a tin foil piece, placed about 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter, salt & pepper, and some fresh garlic; diced; fresh green onion; diced.

Meanwhile butter is warming with diced garlic and green onion. This will go ontop of my salmon during cooking.

I cleaned and prepped my bean sprouts, these will be cooked last.

In went the salmon, on went the rice, then the green beans joined the salmon and the bean sprouts were fried up in oil and soy sauce at the last minute along with the fried french bread bits :)
